2008
The basis of our philosophy is VALUE that involves the demands and fulfillment to your requirements with the emphasis on low cost well made products with maximum level of satisfaction. We discussed with you - our customers - and designers, their views and wishes were instrumental in the launch the most valued "on-line" and "hi tec" furniture systems. We invited architects Jiří Pelcl and Dragan Savičević to collaboration on the projects.
2007
We got the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates. We open new premises, which enables us to enlarge the production capacity and set up new high technologies. The EXBYDO company grows and executes many important projects which you can see in references on our website.
2006
We develop new furniture lines in collaboration with acclaimed architect Jiří Pelcl. Multipurpose table Unitable is awarded Excellent product of the year 2006. Our team of project managers is extended and we execute important projects by furnishing office buildings and hospitals in the Czech Republic and in abroad.
2005
We expand our activities in other parts of Europe. Do you need to furnish commercial or health care premises i country which you have just chosen? We are ready to provide you with our services wherever you choose.
2004
Exbydo takes part in fairs about office and health-care sector furniture and design in Czech Republic and in abroad. We take part in a prestigious design show Designblok in Prague where we display a multipurpose table „Unitable“ that was developed in collaboration with acclaimed architect Jiří Pelcl and we develop our cooperation with his Design studio quickly.
2003
In January 2003, we open our showroom in Prague in the Veletržní Palace presenting our latest products and accessories for office areas. We become a partner of one of the world largest and top quality manufacturers of office armchairs and chairs – the company Emmegi s.p.a. In cooperation with the company Giaiotti, we produce a system of partition walls for “open-space areas” – WALL GAMES. We ensure our 365°customer service.
2002
We specialise in the production of office furniture of our own design. We modernise our technology, a complete machinery equipment within 5 years. Expanding our customer services. Our showroom in Prague is completely destroyed by flood. The flood wave, however, moves us to the birth place of design in the Prague Veletržní Palace where we open our new professional showroom.
2001
We introduce a complete production program of medical furniture and carry out our first complete hospital orders. Opening our show-room in Prague and, at the same time, completing our showroom in Humpolec. In cooperation with medical professionals, we develop and start production of the Exbydo medical furniture.
2000
We launch a non-traditional furniture set, FACE. Opening of our show-room in Pilsen. We start a renovation of our production facility and construction of our showroom. We would like to invite those of you who do not know us yet, to come and see us in Humpolec.
1999
We establish the company EXBYDO Ltd. There take place changes in our production programme with specialisation in office furniture. We launch ergonomic sets called Amigo and Manager that see a very good response of the market. We would like to thank you and our partners because due to your advise, resulting from your experience, we created our Amigo set.
1998
We purchase high quality CNC technologies from the Federal Republic of Germany. We continue in development of the Amigo office furniture set. We seek new possibilities and, within them, a concept of working area with ergonomic, specialised work places. We prefer German quality at the expense of additional costs of loan.
1997
We strive for producing a new furniture set called Precisa – an office furniture suitable for highest company executives and company management. Our motivation for such production is the interest of our client, however, the project is not completed successfully. For us, it is not a reason for our disappointment, we continue doing best for our customers.
1991-1996
We work on the orders in the field of standard office furniture as well as on non-standard interiors for banks, based on the architects´ documentation and their requirements. We pay a maximum attention to the requirements of our customers and we adopt the approach „things may be difficult but never impossible“.
1991
We are approached by our first big customer, one of the largest Czech banking companies, we present to this company the first set of our office furniture called EXBY. Since the very beginning, it is you, our customers, who have been driving our faith in new possibilities, enthusiasm and fear of failure.
1989-1990
We manufacture furniture suitable for computer and hi-fi equipment – it is highly demanded on the market. The days of our company establishment correspond to the days when doing private business ceases to be a criminal act in the Czech lands.
1989
The company EXBYDO (“Exclusive Interior Accessories”) is established. We belong to the oldest of the „Young Generation“ of Czech businesses.
